I recently had weight loss surgery and now have lost 22 pounds. However, the urge to eat is still present. What should I do?

You face the same dilemma that thousands of other people who also undergo weight loss surgery. Most people do not seem to understand that the problem with weight gain is not in the stomach but in the head.
