3 hour Diet plan: Part 3

What do the experts say about Jorge and his 3 hour diet plan?

Hey Jorge, what about exercise,? How can you burn fat or anything for that matter without exercise? Also, Jorge, what if I work and have no time to eat every 3 hours? The experts claim this is all bogus. You simply cannot eat 2000 calories a day, not exercise, and expect to lose weight.

And what about the time of eating? There is zero evidence that shows that eating breakfast at a specific time or eating supper 3 hrs before bedtime does anything. All these times are simply confabulations and bear zero relevance to physiology.

How many of us actually eat a small portion of food at home and wait for another 3 hours? We always fill our plates all the time. Moreover, this is the problem; Jorge’s 3 hr diet plan does not show how it can reduce appetite. We all want to cut down on eating but cannot suppress the urge.

Unfortunately the 3 hr diet plan is written by someone who knows a lot about fitness but little knowledge about human physiology/behavior. For the majority of individuals eating every 3 hours, this only leads to more weight gain rather than weight loss. Perhaps in the 2nd edition of the book, Jorge should change the timing to 4 hr diet- and with each book, there will be more profits.

So what should the consumer do? Please do not buy any more diet books, or better still, write your own. There are a lot of gullible people who believe in nonsense. If you want to lose weight, stop reading diet books, start walking, and eat less.
