One of the reasons this diet plan has always remained at the top is not because it works or is something special, but consumers are attracted to reducing weight loss in 3 days. Who will not try a weight loss diet that works in 3 days? The creator of this diet plan claims that not only can one lose weight, but also the diet plan will help reduce blood pressure, decrease blood cholesterol and also helps you clean your bowels.
The 3-day diet is quite rigid and one must follow the diet as mentioned to get the results. The diet is followed for 3 days and then one goes back to normal eating for 4-5 days before going back on the 3-day diet plan. If this diet plan is followed then it is claimed than one can lose 10 pounds in a few weeks.
Well, going on a diet plan for 3 days cannot be that tough but wait till you see what you are allowed to eat. Essentially nothing. The foods are very restrictive and the portions are very small. If you eat even one extra calorie, you will definitely not lose the 10 pounds in weight. In almost all cases when an individual fails to lose weight, the author blames the individual for not following the diet instructions. Moreover, if you think you get blamed for overeating, you cannot even under eat. If you under eat, you will not lose weight either.
