Cabbage Soup Diet Part 1

One of the more exotic diets which has been marketed for weight loss has been the cabbage soup diet. The diet has been around for years and incredibly, there are some people who are on it. The diet is based on a very simple formula- you dine on cabbage all day. The cabbage can be raw, boiled, made in to a powder, soup, lotion, potion, or chewing gum.

When you wake up in the morning, you have cabbage soup, at lunchtime it is more cabbage soup and the same thing before bedtime. For a snack, you can eat raw cabbage. Moreover, if you do this for one solid week, you will lose 10 pounds in weight. The author of this diet must be congratulated for putting out such an innovative diet.

By the way on this diet, you cannot eat chocolates, candy, desserts, nothing cooked can be eaten, nothing is fried; but if it is anything cabbage you can eat it. I am not sure if you can eat the cabbage patch doll on this diet regimen.

The other great thing about this diet is that there is no exercise. Nothing, no walking, no jogging, no getting up to change the TV channels- NADA. You do not even have to get up from your couch as long as you eat the cabbage.

The author claims that this diet can help you save money as you can make can make all the fancy cabbage recipes at home. You also save money because there are no restaurants anywhere on earth that make everything cabbage 7 days a week. The amount of weight loss that can occur on this diet is about 10 pounds- sounds like this is an underestimate!
