The best non prescription weight loss pill part 2

Normally when a person eats, the fats have to be broken down by various enzymes in the stomach before the small fat particles can be absorbed. The enzyme responsible for breaking down fat is called lipase.

Alli, is a known inhibitor of this enzyme. When the enzyme is inhibited, it can no longer breakdown the large fat particles, which are then excreted into the feces. When fat is no longer absorbed, it mixes with the stools and produces an oily poop. This also results in generation of a lot of gas. This is one reason why individuals who are on Alli have frothy and oily poop.

Now the facts. Alli does not completely inhibit the enzyme and thus a little amount of fat is absorbed into the body. Most individuals see inhibition of the lipase enzyme anywhere from 50%-75% but this is adequate for weight loss
