Chromium-can it help me lose weight? Part 3

Ingestion of chromium picolinate has been associated with muscle breakdown and kidney failure. The safety of chromium picolante for long-term consumption is uncertain. The replacement of chromium should always be met by eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, meats or dairy product. Eating pills which may contain impurities and contaminants is not recommended. In most cases, a healthy diet is adequate to replace all the nutrients and minerals one needs. Only in rare circumstances, does one need to take dietary supplements as a replacement for healthy diet.

What is so baffling is why would anyone want to buy a pill (Which may contain impurities or may be fake), when they could just as easily buy delicious fruit-which is not only cheaper, safer and enjoyable.

Save your hard earned money and stop buying crappy chromium supplements. If you want to lose weight, walk more and eat less.
