Clavicle fracture

I recently had a clavicle fracture and I was wondering how to best treat it?

The majority of clavicle fractures are treated conservatively, it is very rare for surgery to be done for these fractures. Get yourself a figure of eight bandage and you will be fine in a few weeks. You may need to take some pain medications. Once the pain subsides, start some type of exercise to prevent the shoulder from stiffening. You do not need to join a gym to perform these exercises. You will have a residual bump on your clavicle once the fracture has healed.
