Diet for panic disorder


I have panic disorder. Is there a diet to prevent this disorder?

If you speak to dietitians, they will always come up some crap diet plan. For the majority of medical disorders, there is no specific diet and a common sense approach is required. If you have anxiety disorder like phobia or OCD, the foods that you should avoid include the cola beverages, caffeinated drinks and tea. I am sure you can drink one cup of tea without harm but it is not recommended you drink gallons of these beverages everyday. What you also need to be careful is that there are many herbal products that contain caffeine and even nicotine. Read the labels on all herbal products you buy. The unfortunate thing is that many herbal supplements are unregulated and often the labels are fictitious or mislabeled.
